Refund policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
All return shipping is at the customer's expense.
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. Refunds can be given for merchandise returned within 5 days of purchase. For each item returned for refund we will charge a $3 restocking fee. Returns for store credit Must be complete within 10 days of purchase & will be given in the form of STORE CREDIT ONLY. ALL Items must be unworn and unwashed for exchange and not have smoke or pet hair damages to garments. Damaged items are always accepted for exchange as long as item has been properly cared for. Please include your packing slip with your returns.
SALE ITEMS are Non-Returnable/Refundable
ACCESSORIES and GIFTS are Non-Returnable/Refundable (Jewelry, hair accessories, candles, cups, bags etc.) Unless damaged.
SWIMWEAR is final sale unless damaged.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Actual colors may vary. This is due to computer monitors displaying colors differently and everyone can see these colors differently.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Items that have been worn, washed, smells of smoke, pet hair, or any damage out of our control. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
To start a return, you can contact us at Delbradeansclothingco@gmail.com. If your return is accepted we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, and return shipping will be at customers expense.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. For local customers please contact us to make an exchange.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
